All service fees paid for cosmetic procedures are non-refundable once the procedure has been performed. This includes but is not limited to injectables and laser treatments.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of the approved request. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
We accept returns on unopened and unused cosmetic products within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
